After a lot of research, hard work, collaboration, rewrites and double checking we are very happy to announce that our plans for the Old School were finally submitted to the Council this October!

We would like to thank MAST Architects, Glasgow for all their hard work and for putting up with our questions and changes and to Cunninghame Housing Association (CHA) for their help too!  CHA are purchasing the back of the Old School from us and they will be creating 8 residential warden monitored assisted living flats there.  It is a type of accommodation which is lacking in Lockerbie, so we are delighted to be working with them to enable them to create this new provision of specialist housing.

We expect to hear back from the Council as to their decision in the New Year.  The application has not yet been made available to the Public, however when the plans are available online we will add the link here.
